Carrier Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Carrier Sales Representative based in Canton, GA. The Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners, negotiating contracts and rates, securing the best transportation solutions, and ensuring timely delivery for customers. This position will also involve identifying and onboarding new carriers, problem-solving transportation issues, and optimizing routes to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with internal teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the role.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage carrier relationships and contracts
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address logistics challenges and optimize routes
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and deliverables efficiently
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage is a plus
