Manufacturing & Development Engineer

 

Come work in our fast-paced Engineering department. We are a successful and continually growing company located in Heath, Ohio.

 

The Manufacturing & Development Engineer is responsible for supporting and leading the design, development, validation, and manufacturing support of patient positioning medical devices used in radiation therapy. This role bridges product development and production, ensuring products are designed for manufacturability, regulatory compliance, performance, and clinical usability.

 

This position requires a strong engineering foundation, hands-on problem-solving capability, and working knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO standards.

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EMPLOYEE: 

  • Full-time Employment
  • Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering Majors Only
  • Graduation in Spring or Summer 2026 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering 
  • Proficient with CAD (SolidWorks preferred). 
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Previous experience working on rapid prototyping/3D printing.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills.
  • Well-developed multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
