As our business expands across North and South America, we are hiring a motivated bilingual junior engineer to join our team in Indianapolis.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level engineering role ideal for Class of 2025 or 2026 graduates (or candidates with 0–2 years of experience). You will gain hands-on experience supporting machine installation, troubleshooting, and customer technical support while working in a bilingual environment (English/Mandarin).

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys mechanical systems, automation, and working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Support installation, setup, and testing of SmartFoam machinery at customer sites
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting (on-site and remote) in both English and Mandarin
  • Provide customer communication and documentation in both English and Mandarin
  • Help deliver product demos and operator training
  • Work with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance and usability
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 70%)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering
    (or expected graduation in 2025/2026)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Comfortable working hands-on around industrial equipment
  • U.S. work authorization 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Performance-based bonus + travel-related incentives
  • Total Annual Compensation Range: $55,000 – $120,000, depending on education, experience, travel and performance
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company matching
  • Visa Sponsorship: H1-B sponsorship and future green card application available
