Founding Engineer Intern (MVP Builder) - Entercation

The Mission: Smalltime Blitzscaling for Social Change Entercation is an Ohio-based EdTech corporation operating in stealth mode. We are a culture of "smalltime blitzscalers"—agile, ambitious, and laser-focused on a mission to reshape the juvenile justice system through education.

We are building a "digital mental exercise" platform that combines entertainment and education. Our goal is to empower youth to master decision-making and understand consequences, gamifying their growth into "Valedictorians" of life.

The Opportunity We are looking for top-tier UC talent to help us build our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This is not a "maintenance mode" internship where you fix bugs. This is a greenfield development opportunity where you will architect and build the initial version of a product that matters.

Strictly Educational: Please note that while our platform focuses on mental exercises and behavior, all content is strictly educational.

Technical Requirements (The "Simple" Stack)

We value execution over rigid toolsets. We are looking for builders who can take an idea from concept to deployed prototype.

Full-Stack Versatility: proficiency in at least one modern stack to build a functional web or mobile app (e.g., React/Node.js, Python/Django, or Flutter/Swift).

Database Basics: Ability to set up and manage simple databases (e.g., Firebase, SQL, or MongoDB) to track user progress and scores.

Version Control: Fundamental knowledge of Git/GitHub for code management.
