Financial Analyst Intern
Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst Intern to support business planning, growth modeling, and investor readiness. This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, early-stage venture planning, and tech-driven business models. You will work directly with founders to analyze market opportunities, financial projections, and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for Connex AI and its product portfolio.
- Conduct TAM, SAM, SOM market sizing and competitive landscape analysis.
- Analyze operational spending, cost structure optimization, and scaling scenarios.
- Assist in building investor pitch financial slides and 3–5 year revenue forecasts.
- Support fundraising research, valuation benchmarking, and investor targeting.
- Prepare financial dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to translate business plans into financial projections.
Ideal Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling.
- Understanding of unit economics, forecasting, pricing analysis, and market evaluation.
- Experience or interest in startups, consulting, venture capital, or financial strategy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
