Occupational Therapist

Geriatric & Facility-Based Care
Where Healing Meets Harmony

Therapy at Home (TAH) Position Overview

Therapy at Home (TAH) is seeking a thoughtful, adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team serving older adults in assisted living, memory care, and facility-based environments.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value patient-centered care, professional collaboration, and clinical growth, and who understand the unique responsibility and privilege of working with geriatric populations, including individuals with dementia and complex medical needs.

Our therapists recognize that we are guests in the facilities we serve, and that high-quality care requires respect, flexibility, strong communication, and sound clinical judgment.

Who This Role Is Designed For
