Role Overview

The Ideation Strategist Intern will help generate, analyze, and refine content ideas that align with audience behavior, platform trends, and TBNR’s creative standards.

Responsibilities

  • Research trending formats, challenges, and topics

     
  • Contribute ideas for YouTube and short-form platforms

     
  • Analyze performance data and audience feedback

     
  • Assist in building ideation decks and pitch documents

     
  • Participate in creative and strategy meetings

     

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in content strategy and digital trends

     
  • Analytical mindset with creative instincts

     
  • Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram ecosystems

     
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently

     

Curiosity-driven and highly observant of internet culture
