Role Overview

Fresh Frames Window Cleaning is hiring motivated Sales Representatives (or Sales Interns) to join our sales and marketing team. This role provides hands-on experience in customer acquisition, communication, and performance-based selling within a fast-paced, in-field environment.

This position is sales & marketing focused only. We do not recruit for technical or service roles through this posting.

Key Responsibilities 

- Generate new customers through direct outreach and in-field sales efforts

- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective customers

- Learn and execute proven sales scripts and strategies

- Track performance and respond to coaching and feedback

- Represent the Fresh Frames brand with professionalism and integrity

No prior sales experience is required — training is provided — but a strong work ethic is essential.

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
