The Role

  • Hustle & Close: Proactively source and close new B2B accounts.

Comp Structure & Earnings

This is a 100% commission-only role for those who want an uncapped upside.

  • Standard Deviation of Deal Sizes: We handle everything from small business builds to custom enterprise solutions.
  • Conservative OTE: $72,000.
  • Top Producer OTE: $184,000+.
  • As an independent contractor, you have total control over your earning ceiling.
     

Who We Are Looking For

  • A "Hunter" who loves the thrill of the close and the paycheck that comes with it.
  • High-energy professionals who can manage their own pipeline without a "manager" looking over their shoulder.
  • A track record of success in 100% commission environments is a major plus.
  • Tech-literate enough to navigate a SaaS dashboard and show off a website build.
