Associate Dentist

We are hiring an Associate Dentist to join Team Kriss! 

As a team member, you will be responsible for providing professional dental care for patients, consisting of oral examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of dental issues and diseases using x-rays and diagnostic tests to help with examination and diagnosis.  You will also perform cosmetic dental procedures, such as veneers, crowns, and dentures. Your job will also include developing treatment plans and follow-up care for patients and educating patients on proper oral care and hygiene. As part of Team Kriss you will have access to our Cerec machine and Prime Mill for same day crowns/bridges, SprintRay 3D Printer for printing, our PlanMeca 3D imaging system, in house lab and SureSmile!

Compensation package:  Daily minimum or % of production; lab bills paid by practice; malpractice paid by practice; DEA license paid by practice; health insurance; 401k and match; paid holidays. 

We have 2 full time RDH’s and 1 part time, and do NOT intend to have the associate do prophy’s or SRP’s except in rare cases.  LOW overhead: 

  • 1 Doctor
  • 3 RDH’s 
  • 2 Dental Assistants (will hire another for the associate); 
  • 1 OM and 1 front office team member

We have built a brand around “TEAM.”  Our patients love us and we love them.  They are loyal and refer excellent patients.  We want to add YOU to the TEAM!

We have 6 OPS, current procedures: Prophy, SRP, restorative, crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, endodontics, simple extractions, surgical extractions except impacted wisdom teeth, and SureSmile ortho aligners.  

  • As an associate you can do as little or as much as you are comfortable with.  We will send you to training for the CEREC milling machine, Sprint Ray 3D printer, implants and endodontics as needed.
  • We have 3 RDH’s and do NOT intend to have the associate do prophy’s or SRP’s except in rare cases (highly unlikely).  
  • Kansas recently authorized Botox cosmetic and fillers for dentists and RDH’s.   Dr Kriss and our RDH’s have all been to we have begun  offering that service.
