ZAG Creates is a boutique advertising and public relations agency serving a diverse range of clients across lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, professional services, and community organizations. Our team is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and deeply involved in both strategy and execution.
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support client accounts, internal teams, and project workflows. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow within a marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
- Serve as a day-to-day support contact for assigned client accounts
- Assist with client communications, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Prepare agendas, recap notes, and status updates for internal and client meetings
Project Coordination
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple clients
- Coordinate tasks between design, social, video, and external vendors
- Update and maintain project management systems to ensure visibility and accountability
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with social media campaigns, email marketing, website updates, and promotional efforts
- Help gather content, approvals, and assets needed for campaigns and deliverables
- Support planning and execution of events, photoshoots, and client activations
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized client files, assets, and documentation
- Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and basic budgeting support
- Support internal operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing workflows
- Experience with tools such as Trello, Asana, Teamwork, or similar systems
- Interest in growing into an Account Manager or Operations role over time
