Tech Support Technician – Field & Warehouse Operations (Miami – Allapattah)

Compensation: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 20+ hours per week

Our technology is deployed nationwide—from Miami and New York to major transit centers and hospitals—delivering real-time public information across urban environments.

We design, build, deploy, and maintain mission-critical outdoor display systems for transit agencies, smart city infrastructure, and commercial applications.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Tech Support Technicians to join our warehouse and field operations team in Miami.

This role offers hands-on, real-world experience working with outdoor electronic signage systems. You will support warehouse operations, system preparation, field deployment, and ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation and deployment technicians of outdoor signs and kiosks

Support warehouse operation

Coordinate of warehouse operation, technical documentation, update maintenance procedures and technical updates

Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and project managers

Maintain organized digital records using Office 365 and OneDrive

Training Provided

The position begins with two (2) weeks of structured training, covering:

Microsoft Office 365 documentation workflows

Technical reporting and communication

CAD/SolidWorks file interpretation

Field technician procedures and safety practices

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive)

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of technician, warehouse, or installation experience
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or technical drawings
  • Experience with tools, installation work, or contractor environments
