Siena is building the first intelligence layer for customer experience—an operating system of AI agents that learn, remember, and act across every customer touchpoint—on a mission to transform how businesses understand and connect with their customers.

We're a small, distributed team building something that doesn't exist yet, and this is your opportunity to build our marketing function from the ground up.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who bridges the gap between product innovation, customer wins and sales ammunition—turning product launches into market moments, customer stories into case studies, and competitive situations into wins. This role sits under Product.

The ideal candidate:

Has 3-5+ years in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of creating marketing assets that directly impacted pipeline, win rates, or deal velocity

Owns end-to-end product launches and builds customer success story lifecycles from identification through content creation and distribution

Builds customer education programs and academies from scratch, creating curriculum that drives adoption and product value

Leverages AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney as a power user to scale output and quality without needing extensive team resources

Understands enterprise sales cycles deeply and creates competitive intelligence systems (battlecards, ROI calculators, business case materials) that help sales win

Ships fast with a bias toward execution and iteration, using data to measure what works and double down on high-impact activities
