Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands‑on role that supports daily store operations, leads and develops team members, and ensures every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager/Owner to uphold brand standards, maintain smooth operations, and drive performance. Based on results, this position has the potential to be fast‑tracked into a future General Manager role.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in day‑to‑day store operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Support scheduling, inventory, and quality control
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Track sales goals, labor targets, and performance metrics
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior supervisory or management experience (hospitality/retail/food service preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills
  • Great communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Dependable, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
  • Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
