Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands‑on role that supports daily store operations, leads and develops team members, and ensures every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager/Owner to uphold brand standards, maintain smooth operations, and drive performance. Based on results, this position has the potential to be fast‑tracked into a future General Manager role.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in day‑to‑day store operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Track sales goals, labor targets, and performance metrics
- Uphold brand standards and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Prior supervisory or management experience (hospitality/retail/food service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills
- Great communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Dependable, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
