About Star Lake Wilderness Camp:
Star Lake Wilderness Camp provides an outdoor recreation and living experience where youth can unplug and grow physically, socially, and mentally. We largely focus on youth who are traditionally underserved, have challenges, or would otherwise lack meaningful exposure to nature.

Located thirty minutes north of Brainerd, MN, our camp is secluded in its setting and rustic in its accommodations. Campers sleep in tents and eat around a fire. They are outdoors for their entire stay. Activities include canoeing, swimming, crafting, volleyball, hiking, stargazing, and fishing.

Being a staff member at Star Lake Wilderness Camp is far more than a summer job. It’s an unforgettable experience in beautiful surroundings, and a rare opportunity to reach your full potential by helping others reach their own. Star Lake Wilderness camp is a magical place where you will get to learn from and work with staff and campers from all over the state of Minnesota and beyond. The bonds formed at Star Lake last a lifetime, and everyone is valued for exactly who they are!
