We have closed our first deal, we are actively structuring others, and we are positioning the platform at the intersection of institutional capital, international relationships, and investor-focused commercial lending. If you are looking for stability, structure, or a paycheck, this is not the role for you.

ABOUT INVESTORFY

InvestorFy is a commercial lending and capital placement platform built for real investors and developers. We focus on creative commercial financing, bridge and hard money, construction and development capital, cash-out refinances, and institutional capital placement.

THE ROLE

This is a founding role for one experienced commercial loan originator. You will originate and structure deals, source opportunities, work complex transactions, coordinate underwriting and closings, and help shape the platform.

COMPENSATION

Commission-only. No salary. No draw.

Deal Source-Based Splits:

  • Self-sourced deals: 50% Originator / 50% InvestorFy
  • Platform-generated deals: 40% Originator / 60% InvestorFy
  • Institutional or founder-originated deals: 30% Originator / 70% InvestorFy
