Junior and Senior .NET Developers

Quantum Insights is seeking motivated Junior and Senior .NET Developers to support application development efforts within a government healthcare environment. Developers in these roles will work on backend and service-oriented applications using the Microsoft technology stack, supporting mission-critical systems and data-driven workflows. Team members will collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable solutions.
Junior .NET Developer Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience and foundational understanding of .NET, C#, and SQL Server
- 1+ years of experience preferred (not a hard requirement)
- Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within an engineering team
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder only
Senior .NET Developer Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience using .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Windows Server
- Experience designing and maintaining production-grade applications
- 1+ years of experience mentoring and leading junior team members
- Ability to provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural decisions
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder only
