About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Business & Healthcare Marketing Analyst Intern to support initiatives across healthcare data, product positioning, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and investor relations. This role is ideal for a student currently enrolled in a healthcare-related academic program who is interested in the business, analytics, and marketing side of healthcare technology.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare data and AI-enabled healthcare solutions, working closely with product, clinical subject-matter experts, operations, marketing leadership, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Data & Business Insights
Analyze and interpret healthcare data domains including member eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, encounters, utilization, risk indicators, and clinical documentation to support business and marketing insights.
Support workflow analysis and documentation related to healthcare data intake, analytics, and reporting.
Marketing & Product Positioning
Translate healthcare data, workflows, and outcomes into clear narratives, value propositions, and customer-ready messaging.
Contribute to marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, product briefs, and internal documentation using healthcare data insights.
Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and customer use-case development for healthcare and AI-enabled solutions.
Investor & Executive Support
Support investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, metrics summaries, and data-driven storytelling.
Help define and track business metrics, KPIs, and outcomes that demonstrate product value and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with clinical SMEs to validate assumptions and ensure accuracy of healthcare and clinical messaging.
Work with product, operations, and marketing teams to align data insights with business strategy.
Preferred Skills & Background
Currently enrolled in a healthcare-related undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor’s preferred).
Exposure to healthcare data domains such as claims, eligibility, encounters, EHRs, and FHIR-based data exchanges.
Foundational understanding of clinical concepts and terminology (diagnoses, procedures, medications, utilization, care settings).
Strong interest in healthcare analytics, product strategy, marketing, and healthcare technology.
Ability to translate complex healthcare data and workflows into clear business and marketing insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
