Venture Analyst
Overview:
Flume Ventures is hiring an Analyst to join our investment team in Incline Village, Nevada. This is a full-time, on-site role for an early-career professional seeking rigorous exposure to venture investing, company-building, and fund operations.
Flume is an actively growing platform, and this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the ongoing construction of the firm itself, including how we source, evaluate, support, and partner with companies.
Analysts work directly with the General Partners on live investments, diligence, and portfolio initiatives, with meaningful ownership from the start. You will take ownership of real work across diligence, investment evaluation, and portfolio support, with regular exposure to partner-level decision-making.
Applicants must be willing to relocate to Lake Tahoe and work primarily in person from our office.
*To ensure a consistent and fair process, candidates should apply only through the formal application channel. Direct outreach to team members regarding this role will result in removal from consideration.
