Retail CRM Intern Role Description

Job Title: Retail CRM Intern

Duration: 4 months; 10 hours per week

Compensation: Unpaid (stipend or college credit available if applicable)

Location: Remote

Start date: April 13

End date: August 21
 

About Aurganics: We believe skincare should be stress-free for all, so we create gentle, yet targeted, dark spot solutions.

 

Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented intern to optimize our retail sales process. You’ll play a key role in managing CRM data and building relationships with retail partners (estheticians, spas, and small businesses), gaining hands-on experience in startup sales and strategy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, organization).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter.
  • Skilled at time management.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A college student or recent graduate who is organized, reliable, and enthusiastic about gaining real-world startup and sales experience.
  • Someone who enjoys working independently but is comfortable asking for help when needed.
