Responsibilities

  • Create and review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, project managers and vendors.
  • Support safety and quality initiatives across job sites.
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare estimates, budgets, and contracts.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to facilitate effective communication among project team.
  • Manage documentation related to technical data, engineering instructions, and project correspondence.
  • Support the project manager in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Strong interest in construction and HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (for reporting, scheduling, and data analysis) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction management software is a plus
