Account Executive

Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for managing client campaigns, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue through in-person sales initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, customer engagement, and leadership development. It is ideal for motivated individuals seeking professional growth in sales, account management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts and support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns at retail locations and events.

     
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, product education, and solution-based selling.

     
  • Track and report performance metrics, including sales results, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.

     
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives, brand standards, and sales goals are met.

     
  • Assist with training and mentoring new team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, and campaign expectations.

     
  • Identify opportunities for account growth by analyzing customer needs and recommending additional solutions.

     

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

     
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, in-person sales environment.

     
  • Professional attitude with strong time-management and organizational skills.

     
  • Willingness to work onsite at retail locations or events as required.
