HeyDay Tonic is a fast-growing plant-based beverage brand expanding into convenience stores, smoke shops, and specialty retailers. We’re hiring a Territory Sales Representative to help grow a local market and gain hands-on experience in outside sales, retail execution, and distribution.

This is a field-based role—you’ll be out in stores, not behind a desk. It’s ideal for recent college graduates who want real-world sales experience, ownership over a territory, and income directly tied to performance.

Top performers in similar territories earn $8,200–$12,300 monthly based on store count and reorder velocity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll help grow a defined geographic area by opening new retail accounts and supporting existing ones.

You’ll be in the field daily:

Visiting local stores

Introducing the product

Setting up initial placements

Helping ensure shelves stay stocked and selling

You’ll learn how products move from brand → distributor → retailer, and you’ll work closely with store owners, managers, and local distribution partners to support reorders and visibility.

You’ll also help with in-store demos, sampling, and grassroots marketing efforts to drive customer awareness and repeat purchases.

This role is built for someone who wants to learn fast, work independently, and see clear results from their effort. Strong performers are given more responsibility, larger territories, and growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Open new retail accounts within your territory

Visit stores regularly to support placement and reorders

Build relationships with store owners and managers

Help maintain clean, stocked shelves and strong product visibility

Coordinate with local distributors and wholesale partners

Track activity and performance using mobile tools

Assist with demos, sampling, and local marketing efforts

Follow all product and state regulations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Recent college graduate or early-career professional

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Comfortable talking with people and building relationships

Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently

Interest in sales, business, or entrepreneurship

Comfortable working in the field and being on your feet

Basic comfort with mobile apps and tracking tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

No prior sales experience required — training and support provided.
