Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience or strong practical exposure to Salesforce Education Cloud and Experience Cloud. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who have already worked on Salesforce projects through internships, part-time roles, academic projects, or personal implementations.
You will work closely with functional and technical teams to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that support education-focused use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud and Experience Cloud
Configure and build:
Experience Cloud sites (student portals, community portals)
Custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows
Implement declarative solutions using Flows, Process Automation, and Reports/Dashboards
Assist with Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed
Support integrations and data management activities (imports, exports, data cleanup)
Participate in requirement discussions, testing, and deployment activities
Document technical solutions and follow Salesforce best practices
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (internships, academic projects, or real-world implementations)
Experience or exposure to:
Salesforce Education Cloud
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Understanding of Salesforce core concepts:
Objects, Relationships, Security Model
Reports and Dashboards
Flows and Automation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer) – preferred but not required
Experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL
Prior experience working on education or student-facing Salesforce solutions
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
