Paralegal Assistant

Franklin D. Azar & Associates, Colorado’s largest plaintiff-focused personal injury law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join our Paralegal Department. What You’ll Do

• Draft legal correspondence and prepare forms for paralegal and attorney review
• E-file documents through ICCES and maintain accurate electronic case records
• Scan, copy, mail, and organize physical and digital case files
• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and conference calls
• Track expenses, request payments, and assist with case-related financial documentation
• Manage calendars and monitor case deadlines to ensure timely filings
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and outside parties
• Request, obtain, and track medical records and supporting documentation
• Assist with document production, medical chronologies, and case organization
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and trial notebooks as needed
• Support paralegals with trial, arbitration, and hearing preparation
• Perform general administrative and departmental support tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior legal or administrative experience preferred, but not required
