As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive our next phase of sales success.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners through pre-qualified, high-quality in-home leads—no cold calling required. You’ll present our industry-leading products, guide customers through solutions tailored to their needs, and help them make confident decisions to improve their homes. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by the opportunity to earn a high six-figure income.

Key Responsibilities

• Present BEE Window’s premium home improvement products and services to new and existing customers.
• Manage and run up to three pre-qualified in-home leads per day, maximizing each sales opportunity.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and conference calls to stay sharp and informed.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to support and strengthen overall team performance.
• Maintain professional communication, follow-up, and customer care throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college (4-year degree preferred) OR 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong influencing and closing skills with the ability to deliver results within a short sales cycle.
• Exceptional presentation skills and professional presence with customers.
• Highly motivated by the opportunity to earn a substantial income.
• Comfortable using an iPad and associated software.
• Design software experience is a plus but not required.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

While individual earnings vary based on effort, closing ability, and consistency, most driven Outside Sales Representatives who follow our proven system achieve the following income milestones:

Year 1 OTE: $90,000–$130,000

Year 2 OTE: $140,000–$170,000

Year 3 OTE: $170,000–$200,000

Year 4 OTE: $200,000–$230,000

Year 5 OTE: $230,000–$260,000+

This position is open to candidates who currently reside in Indiana or are willing to relocate.
