About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts across digital platforms and on-site initiatives. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to gain real-world experience in content creation, branding, and social media strategy while gaining exposure to the skilled trades industry.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media platforms

Assist with designing marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and social media graphics

Brainstorm, develop, and help implement marketing and social media strategies

Travel to job sites to capture photos, videos, and other marketing content

Create and edit marketing videos for digital use

Support day-to-day marketing projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar preferred)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn

Strong verbal and written communication skills
