Position Summary
The Events Manager & Associate Director of Field Operations leads the planning and execution of high-impact campaign events while supporting district-wide field strategy. This role ensures rallies, town halls, community meetings, and voter engagement activities are delivered with excellence—on time, on message, and rooted in strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all campaign events and public engagements, including rallies, town halls, and community meetings
• Oversee event logistics, scheduling, staffing, setup, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution
• Support the Field Director in implementing district-wide outreach and field strategies
• Collaborate with communications and outreach teams to promote attendance and strengthen engagement
• Ensure all events reflect campaign messaging, professionalism, and positive community presence
• Track event performance and help identify improvements to maximize turnout and impact
Preferred Qualifications
Strong event planning, coordination, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
Clear communication and confident leadership in public-facing environments
Experience in campaigns, community organizing, field operations, or related work is a plus
Political Science majors preferred (also welcome: Public Administration, Communications, Sociology, or related fields)
