The Waterside Group is hiring seasonal Line Cooks for their multiple locations in New Hampshire. Line Cook – Job Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines

  • Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste and ensure consistency
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and knives
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperatures throughout service
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution
  • Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after shifts
  • Label, date, and properly store food items according to health regulations
  • Comply with all local health, safety, and workplace regulations
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and notifying management of supply needs
  • Follow direction from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Support team members during peak service times
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
