Growth Marketing Manager
Role Overview
Now Pools is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own marketing execution end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, test, and execute, not just plan.
The role is primarily marketing-focused, with limited operational exposure to better understand customers, capture authentic content, and improve messaging. Over time, this position can grow into a senior marketing or leadership role, with the potential to earn equity based on performance and tenure.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth (Primary Focus)
- Own and manage paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram)
- Create and test ad creative, copy, offers, and landing page messaging
- Drive consistent, trackable leads and improve cost per lead and conversion rates
- Manage social media presence and content cadence
- Create or oversee short-form content (photos, video, testimonials)
PR & Brand Awareness
- Proactively pursue local PR and earned media opportunities
- Pitch Now Pools to Phoenix-area media, lifestyle outlets, podcasts, and influencers
- Help position the brand around seasonal, family, and lifestyle stories
Website, Funnels & Tracking
- Own marketing performance of nowpools.com
- Improve landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action
- Maintain basic tracking and reporting (GA4, Meta pixel, lead sources)
Operational Exposure (~20%)
- Periodically attend installs or service visits to:
- Understand customer experience
- Capture real photos and video
- Inform better marketing decisions
- This role does not run operations; exposure is for learning and content only.
