Core Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry with attention to patient comfort and client understanding.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with technicians and support staff.
- Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Utilize and contribute to our EMR system with complete, timely records.
- Uphold Fear Free principles throughout every patient interaction.
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and drama-free workplace.
- Contribute to team training, workflow improvement, and clinic growth.
You Bring:
- DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong interest in Fear Free handling, dentistry, surgery, or internal medicine a plus
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally
- No tolerance for gossip or toxic workplace culture
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
- No after-hours or overnight shifts
