Video & Audio Editing Intern

Video & Audio Editing Intern – Jacobwise & Co (In-Office – Central Florida)

Hours: 12 hours/week
Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Setup: In-Office
Location: Central Florida
Status: Internship / Student-Level
Compensation: $10/hr

Jacobwise & Co is a fast-growing accounting, tax, and wealth strategy firm committed to helping clients achieve financial clarity, stability, and long-term success. We are expanding our content and digital media presence and are seeking a Video & Audio Editing Intern who wants hands-on experience creating impactful visual and audio content for a professional services environment.

 

This role is ideal for students who want to develop their editing skills while working on real client-facing and internal projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Clean, enhance, and organize audio files (noise reduction, leveling, syncing).
  • Add captions, transitions, effects, and brand-aligned graphics to video projects.
  • Assist in recording sessions when needed (lighting setup, camera positioning, audio checks).
  • Help organize and maintain a clean, labeled content library.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admin team to support ongoing campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Ensure all media aligns with Jacobwise & Co’s brand, tone, and professional standards.

 

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university in Central Florida (or nearby).
  • Basic working knowledge of video and audio editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Audacity, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Access to a laptop (if needed) and willingness to work fully in-office twice a week.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
  • Interest in marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling is a plus.

 

Example Real Work Projects

  • Edit short-form social media clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
  • Produce professional video updates, announcements, or client education clips.
  • Clean and enhance audio for internal or client-facing voice recordings.
  • Assist with recording behind-the-scenes content or in-office media sessions.
  • Help prepare video materials for presentations, workshops, or training sessions.

Compensation

  • $10 per hour
