Internship Summary

Our 10-week internship program will provide valuable exposure to the various areas and senior leadership within our Platform & Operations organization, and will allow you to gain meaningful experiences created by our dynamic business environment. You will be stretched to build on existing skills and challenges to maximize your learning agility. Your role will be a blend of immersion into the daily work of the team, as well as a project that you will fully own, designed to directly transform our business.

As an intern, you will function as an integral member of an agile engineering team, contributing to the development and maintenance of software solutions that support our enterprise infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to apply software development best practices while gaining hands-on experience with modern architectural patterns and cloud-native technologies. Your internship will culminate in a high-impact project that you will fully own, potentially focusing on areas such as Developer PlatformsUniversal Observability, or Automated Lifecycle Management.

Daily Activities & Responsibilities

  • Code Development: Write, test, and debug code for new and existing software features under the mentorship of senior team members.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure the successful delivery of team goals.
  • Peer Reviews: Engage in code reviews to receive constructive feedback and learn how to maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work with product managers and other stakeholders to understand user stories and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve basic software defects, gaining a deep understanding of how to maintain complex systems.
  • Documentation: Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to support knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.

Interns are eligible for full-time consideration based on overall performance throughout the program period.

Intern Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program; anticipated graduation in Spring/Summer 2027
  • Academic excellence and community involvement
  • Previous business, related internship, or work experience
  • Ability to work full-time for 10 weeks during the summer (Mid June - Mid August 2026) 
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions (will not require sponsorship for employment visa at any point in the future)
