Position Summary:

Gradiant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administrative tasks. It is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a growing company in the environmental services sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns
  • Maintain and organize employee records.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs
  • Participating in HR projects related to performance management or policy development
  • Prepare Job Descriptions as per role and requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Passion for learning with the ability to learn things quickly.
