Position Summary:
Gradiant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administrative tasks. It is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a growing company in the environmental services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns
- Maintain and organize employee records.
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs
- Participating in HR projects related to performance management or policy development
- Prepare Job Descriptions as per role and requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Passion for learning with the ability to learn things quickly.
