Skills Development Support Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)
We are a Substance Use Disorder outpatient facility in Colorado seeking a motivated individual to support clients with skills development. This role focuses on helping clients build practical life skills that support recovery and stability.
Responsibilities:
• Support clients in skills development areas such as coping skills, stress management, English language support, financial literacy, parenting skills, and employment or community resource navigation
• Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions using existing curricula and materials
• Engage clients in a supportive, professional, and culturally responsive manner
• Document session participation as required
You will not be responsible for creating curriculum or developing session content, as all materials are already provided.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required (any related field considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable facilitating sessions via Zoom
Position Details:
• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
• 100% remote
• Sessions conducted via Zoom
