HR Analyst Intern

The HR Analyst Intern will support HARIBO’s HR team by leveraging technology and data analytics to improve processes and reporting capabilities. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, self-starter with strong analytical skills and an interest in HR operations. The degree does not need to be HR-specific; candidates with a focus on data analytics or digital solutions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

  • Assist with digitizing HR forms (exit interviews, check-in forms) and streamlining workflows. 
  • Support HR team in updating document management systems and eliminating paper processes.

Project Work:

  1. Dashboard Development:
    Build and enhance dashboards using Excel and Power BI to visualize HR data and reporting metrics
  2. Data Analytics:
    Analyze HR data, including compensation and job title comparisons, and create predictive analytics models
  3. Process Improvement:
    Convert historical HR information into digital formats and optimize document workflows. 

Technology Integration:
Help implement tools and structures that improve efficiency and data accessibility.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Open to all majors; HR major is a bonus but not required 
  • Candidates in bachelor’s or master’s programs welcome

Technical Skills: 

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions) 
  • Experience with Power BI (preferred) 
  • Data analytics and dashboard creation skills
