Job Title: Physical Therapist – aka Kiddo Strength Trainer & Fun Facilitator 

Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN (Yes, we’re flexible!) 

FLSA Status: Exempt (because heroes aren’t bound by time; they're bound by purpose!) 

Reports to: Office Manager and Therapist Coordinator (They’re cool, we promise!) 

Location: 321go Kids HQ – Where fun, growth, and superhero antics are all in a day's work! (1912 Bundy Ave, New Castle, IN 47362)

We’re searching for a Physical Therapist with a zest for life, who can keep up with our kids’ boundless energy and help them tap into their inner superhero strength! 

About the Role: 

As a Physical Therapist with us, you’re not just someone with a degree – you’re a total life-changer! You’ll help our little heroes (birth to 18 years) discover new abilities, conquer challenges, and occasionally win in imaginary dragon battles. Each day you’ll create unique, kid-approved therapy plans with a sprinkle of silliness to help kids tackle big goals while having fun. You’re here to help every kid reach their full super-potential – cape optional! 

What’s in Your Superhero Job Description? 

Boost Little Heroes’ Powers: Use your trusty toolkit of therapy skills to assist kids facing anything from cerebral palsy to just-a-little-too-shy-to-try. Help them find their strength and go beyond! 

Superpower Discovery Sessions: Evaluate kiddos' super-strengths, pinpoint their secret challenges, and work with them on custom-built, supercharged therapy plans (preferably with some silly sound effects). 

Power-Up Gear Guru: Help fit kids with all sorts of gadgets – prosthetics, orthotics – and teach them to wield these tools like the pros they are. 

Teach Their Sidekicks (a.k.a. Families): Share your tricks with parents so they can be hero coaches, too. We want every family leaving 321go Kids HQ ready to help their kiddos crush their goals! 

Document Progress Like a True Detective: Keep tabs on progress, write it all down, and keep it confidential – after all, heroes have their secrets. 

Safety Protocol Pro: Kids may be heroes-in-training, but they can be a bit clumsy! Keep the space safe, fun, and as free of splinters as possible.

Brain of a Tactician: You’re ready to assess, adapt, and go with the flow to create magical therapy moments. 

Strength of a Superhero: Able to assist with kiddos of various weights – and master the occasional piggyback transfer. 

Communication Power: You can teach, explain, and make sure families leave knowing they’ve got this. 

Your Hero Origins: 

Degree of Mastery: A Master’s in Physical Therapy. 

License to Thrill: Active Physical Therapist license in Indiana. 

Kid-Whisperer Bonus: Experience with children is a huge plus – bring the energy and expect lots of giggles!
