Apply to Jovia’s Paid Summer Internship Program (10 Weeks) — an open-call opportunity with roles posting in February/March 2026. Internship opportunities may be available in departments including Accounting, Internal Audit, Digital Banking, Marketing, and IT, among others.

Selected interns start in June and gain hands-on experience through onboarding, role-specific training, professional development, and a Capstone Presentation to Executive Leadership.

Program Details:

  • Our Internships are a (10) week program and offer full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (19 hours/week) paid opportunities.
  • Selected interns start on the first week of June and work up until the first Friday in August.
  • This formalized internship program begins with a welcome orientation; a tour around Jovia’s Headquarters in Westbury; ongoing learning & development opportunities; role-specific training; and exposure to credit union operational departments.
  • The experience concludes with a Capstone Presentation delivered to Jovia’s Executive Management team, giving interns the opportunity to showcase their learning and impact.

Program Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field with a 3.5 or higher GPA
  • Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and follow-through
  • Work collaboratively & independently
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows OS and Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow

Work From Home and Hybrid Requirements:  This particular position is Hybrid and requires in-office / plus work from home days to our offices in Westbury, New York:  

  • Internet speed of 100 mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
  • Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
  • All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset).
