Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders (TREL) Program

ARA is proud to announce its sixth Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders (TREL) program, a dynamic two-and-a-half-day virtual experience designed to expose undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds to the real estate investment industry.

 

What You Can Expect

  • Interactive workshops with ARA’s Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Research teams
  • Day-in-the-life panels featuring professionals across departments
  • A keynote conversation between ARA CEO Stanley Iezman and a special guest. Past speakers include:
    • Dr. Raphael Bostic, President & CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
    • Malcolm Johnson, CEO of Langdon Park Capital
    • Ron Frierson, Director of Economic Development for the Western U.S. at Amazon
  • Virtual asset tour
  • Career coaching: Interview prep, resume tips, and networking strategies
  • Case competition

 

Who Should Apply

  • Undergraduate students who will have completed at least two semesters or four quarters of college by August 2025
  • All majors welcome; no prior real estate experience required
  • Demonstrated interest in finance, real estate, or investment careers is a plus
