Mystery Shopper
EyeSpy works with restaurants and third-party delivery services (like DoorDash) to provide customer feedback and service improvement suggestions about the guest or customer experience.
We use Mystery Shoppers like you to gather intel and provide this feedback. We provide the training and direction, you get to eat for free. We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer service, store cleanliness, staff behavior, and overall customer experience. Mystery Shoppers act as regular customers while discreetly observing and reporting on their experience to help improve service quality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations (in-store, online, or over the phone) posing as a regular customer
- Evaluate customer service, staff professionalism, product knowledge, and compliance with company standards
- Observe cleanliness, organization, and overall environment
- Complete detailed reports and surveys accurately and on time
- Submit receipts, photos, or other required documentation
- Follow specific visit guidelines and scenarios provided
