Canada, Singapore, and China. We are actively seeking a full-time immigration litigation paralegal to join our team as we navigate the
complexities of today’s rapidly evolving immigration landscape.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Conducting legal research and gathering pertinent information for case files.
● Respond to client inquiries and contribute to consultations with both potential and existing clients
● Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including affidavits, petitions, and correspondence.
● Draft and manage family-based, immigration court, and removal defense visa cases
● Preparing for and attending client meetings, hearings, and interviews and assisting clients with translations as needed.
● Assist attorneys with case intake, strategy development, and preparation of immigration applications and petitions.
● Communicate with clients about procedural updates and case processing, manage case statuses using case management systems.
● Monitor client profiles for changes and business opportunities.
● Update client database with any changes in contact information.
● Collaborate effectively within a team, communicating case progress and issues with attorneys, legal assistants, and the Business Development Department.
● Participate in exciting projects with our Legal Tech team on AI product development.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
● 1 year of experience in an office/corporate environment
● Legal experience preferred, not required
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team and meet deadlines
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities within the firm
