We’re a dog-loving team focused on providing exceptional care and building long-lasting relationships with both our clients and local businesses. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, friendly representative to support our client outreach and partnership efforts.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping guide potential clients through the onboarding process. You’ll be the friendly point of contact for new leads—answering questions, scheduling meet & greets, following up after visits, and helping clients feel confident about joining our community.

No prior experience is required — we will provide full training. This role also offers hands-on exposure to community outreach and local business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Schedule and coordinate meet & greet / initial visits
• Share clear, friendly information about our facility, services, and memberships
• Follow up after meet & greets to encourage enrollment
• Check in with clients who haven’t returned since their initial visit
• Assist with signing clients up for memberships
• Help support and grow partnerships with local businesses and ambassadors
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up records
• Work closely with our front desk and leadership team
