Associate Lead Teacher

The associate lead teacher supports the lead teacher in planning, implementing, and maintaining a high-quality early childhood classroom. This role helps ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment in while assisting with curriculum delivery, classroom management, and daily operations. The associate lead teacher may assume lead responsibilities in the absence of the lead teacher.
