Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan academic lessons
- Promote learning and ensure safety
- Manage classroom environment
- Work closely with students, families, staff, teachers and administration to support the mission of the school and ensure student success
- Desire to participate in a Professional Learning Community™
- Attend faculty and department meetings as well as professional development sessions
- Willingness to participate in programs that support and encourage the mission of the catholic church and the faith and spiritual growth of the students and oneself
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English required, Masters Degree preferred
- AZ State Certification and Fingerprint card
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience teaching at the High School level preferred

Salpointe Catholic High School is located in sunny Tucson, Arizona just 5 minutes from the University of Arizona. We are a co-educational, college prep high school with approximately 1300 students.
