College Readiness Intern

This position is part of the Community Impact Internship Program. Please contact your Career Advisor with any questions.

Founded in 1962, the vision of CollegeReady (formerly known as Scholarships, Inc.) has been to ensure that every student has access to the tools necessary to pursue higher education. Our college readiness program focused on enhancing reading, writing, and character development among low-income and future first generation college students. Beginning in middle school and continuing through high school, we help these students on their path to college through interactive, after-school programming and parent support.

The program encourages and provides opportunities for students who have a desire to be the first in their family to graduate from college but lack the understanding and resources to attend. Through active participation and parental involvement, students can earn an incentive-based scholarship of up to $5,000 when they graduate from high school.
