Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers by providing personalized assistance and styling advice.
- Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers, showcasing our products, and upselling when appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the visual appeal of the store by ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and the store environment is inviting. Restock items as they sell throughtout the day.
- Customer Checkout: Operate ipad (register) and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Scan items and process payments at checkout. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably in a boutique setting.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
