CommitAi (icommit.ai) is a US-based, Silicon Valley startup building an AI-powered social accountability platform for fitness.

We help people stay consistent with workouts by turning accountability into social currency — users challenge friends to go live and work out, earn points for consistency, and lose points if they skip.

We are an early-stage, highly ambitious startup led by a strong founding team with backgrounds from Wharton Business School (the world’s #1-ranked business school) and IITs, along with leaders from companies such as Amazon, Disney, and TikTok. Our team includes a founder with a successful startup acquisition by Discovery and a former VC.

We are also supported by Pierre Sissman, who is part of our journey. Pierre is the former Executive VP at The Walt Disney Company.

About the Role

What if, in your early college days, you got mentored by people who have actually built and scaled companies — and also had the opportunity to earn real money?

As a Founding Growth Intern, you’ll help grow iCommit within your campus and personal networks while working closely with the founding team. This role offers performance-based earnings of up to ₹50,000, along with hands-on exposure to how a Silicon Valley–based AI startup is built and scaled.

This is not a typical campus ambassador role — it’s a bet on your future, combining real-world skills, mentorship, and meaningful upside.

Responsibilities

Promote iCommit across your college, hostels, gyms, and student communities

Onboard and activate new users through online and offline initiatives

Organize small challenges, group workouts, or community campaigns

Gather user feedback and share insights directly with the product team

Represent iCommit as part of the founding growth team

Who Can Apply

College students from any year or stream

Self-motivated individuals comfortable with outreach and community engagement

Interest in startups, fitness, growth, or product-building is a plus

No prior experience required
