Product Operations Specialist

Organize user feedback into clear themes and actionable improvements (FAQ, flows, UX copy)

Maintain trackers and dashboards (Notion/Google Sheets) for funnel metrics and issue categories

Help triage user questions/tickets and summarize weekly insights (top issues + recommendations)

Assist with copy updates for product pages, emails, and in-product messages for clarity
