  • Conflicting school schedules can be accommodated in some cases. 
  • Everyone has the opportunity to be involved with kids and the program.
  • Everyone will have the option to get involved with evangelism, skits, song leading, campouts, and bunking with cabin groups as time permits.
  • We like to have as many of our staff as possible certified in CPR and Standard First Aid, but it is not required for all positions

Minimum Qualifications for All Frontier Ranch Jobs:

  • A person who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, integrity, and good moral character.
  • Must be at least 18 years old by June 1
  • Experience working with students ranging from 4th through 12th grades
