Klickly is looking for an enthusiastic Account Management intern who has a passion for startups and a keen interest in the tech industry. In this internship, you will learn the intricacies of client communication, account maintenance, and project coordination, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. Position: Account Management Intern

Day-to-day responsibilities might include:

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the industry, company products/services, and account management best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes that may impact client accounts.
  • Work with the account management team to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other interns and team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall account management strategies.
  • * It's important to note that the specific responsibilities may vary, and interns may have the opportunity to take on additional tasks as they gain experience and demonstrate their capabilities. 

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Flawless written and oral communication skills. (Must speak English at an idiomatic level)
  • Background in Comms (Major or minor in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business)
  • Good on the phone; enjoys building relationships and promoting a unique, proprietary technology
  • Ability to follow detailed directions, plus impressive work ethic (we need hustlers; no-shows or "flaking" not tolerated)
  • Comfortable with the best-practices and newest technologies around digital media
  • Proficient at Word, Excel, Google Docs, email, familiar with Keynote/Powerpoint (Photoshop or Sketch a plus), familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) a plus but not necessary
  • Flexible time commitment (3-5 days/week, Minimum 20hrs/week). We love driven people and can work with you, but you must be consistent and reliable.
